- On the left navigation, click Journeys.
- On the right side of the page, under the Actions dropdown, click Journey Stats.
- A slide out page appears.
- The stats page shows the following information:
- Name of the journey
- Created date
- Created by
- Last updated date
- Contacts in the journey
- Conversions that have occurred
- Any conversion failures
- The conversion ratio
- The failure ratio
