How to Activate Media Assets for Social Media Sharing

1. On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Manage Templates. 
2. On the left side of the page, click on the Inactive tab. 
3. On the right side of the page, click Actions > Media Settings.
4. Under Media Settings, check the box next to Active. 
5. Scroll down to Social Media Settings.
6. Update the following settings:
   • Social Media Networks - Check the boxes next to the social media networks users can share the template with. 
   • Default Link - Specify the default URL linked in the post and if it can be edited or not. 
   • Default Social Media Message - Default message this is posted and if it can be edited by users or not. 
7. At the top of the page, click Save Media.
