How to Configure the Contact Details Product Tab

This feature requires an organization settings to adjust the name of the Products tab. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager for more information. 


  1. On the left navigation, click Organization Admin > Organization Settings
  2. In the search bar, type contact_details.product_label 
  3. Under the Actions column, click the three dots > Edit.
  4. In the Custom Value textbox, input your new tab name.
    • Ex: Accounts
  5. Click Update
  6. The new tab name now appears in the contact record.
