How to Add Exclusion Rules to Focused Views

Exclusion rules are how contacts are excluded from views based on certain criteria you choose.

1. Within a focused view, next to Exclusion Rules, click Add Rule. 
2. Choose from the list of available exclusion rules. 
3. Once a rule is chosen, click Save and Close. 
   • Continue steps 1 and 2 for every exclusion rule you want to add.
