The following statuses can be found on the Journeys page:
- Draft - Only can be seen and found by the creator of the journey. This status shows when a journey has not been published or assigned to any users.
- Active - Means the journey is actively running for the viewing user. Certain access settings allows you to deactivate the journey.
- Inactive - The journey is no longer running. Certain access settings allows you to activate this journey.
- Available - Status that shows when the user has the ability to activate the journey. This journey status means the journey has not yet been activated.
Note
An Incomplete label next to the journey's status indicates that the journey is saved but there are incomplete (gray) components that need attention.
