Outcomes help users log the end result of their conversation with a contact.
- On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Focused View Builder.
- At the top right of the page, click Edit Outcomes.
- A slide out panel appears.
- Next to the title of the outcome, click Edit.
- You can edit the name of the outcome or delete the outcome by clicking Delete.
- If you update the name of the outcome, click Save when finished.
- At the top of the slide out panel, click Create Outcome to input a new outcome for a focused view.
