Note
Your journey needs to have one of the three send email action events:
- Send Email
- Send Email to Loan Participant
- Send Email to Product Participant
Click HERE to learn more about sending profiles.
- Hover your mouse over the edit button (pencil and paper icon) of one of the send email actions (above).
- A slide out page appears.
- Scroll down to Sending Profiles.
- Make your update and click Save.
- Note: Choose Create New if the sending profile has not been created yet.
