How to Add Time to Contact Settings

  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Lead Management > Workflows
  2. Search for the workflow that you would like to edit. 
  3. On the right side of the page, click Actions > View Workflow
  4. At the top right of the page, click the gear icon
    • A slide out page appears. 
  5. Click Edit
  6. Click the Contact Settings drop down arrow then check the box next to Time to Contact
  7. Specify your time to contact either in hours, minutes, or days. 
  8. (Optional) check the box next to Updates to "Contacted Date".
  9. Choose one or more of the following communicate triggers:
    • Outbound Call
    • Manual Email
    • Automated email
    • Manual SMS (text)
  10. When finished, click Save
