- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Lead Management > Workflows.
- Search for the workflow that you would like to edit.
- On the right side of the page, click Actions > View Workflow.
- At the top right of the page, click the gear icon.
- A slide out page appears.
- Click Edit.
- Click the Contact Settings drop down arrow then check the box next to Time to Contact.
- Specify your time to contact either in hours, minutes, or days.
- (Optional) check the box next to Updates to "Contacted Date".
- Choose one or more of the following communicate triggers:
- Outbound Call
- Manual Email
- Automated email
- Manual SMS (text)
- When finished, click Save.
