There really is not a big difference. The customer should be using the insight inclusion/exclusion rule since SB alerts are periodically added to that one and not SB.
Can Custom Insights be Created and Added to a Focused View Inclusion/Exclusion Rule?
No. The only insights that are available are property listed in the last 7 days, SB watches, and HouseCanary and RatePlug integrations (permissions needed).
Does the Contact Birthdate Inclusion Rule Include Years?
No, it does not. If you are looking for birthday in the next one year (rather than days, weeks, or months), then all contacts are included.
