How to Add Journey Settings

Journey settings are split between two settings areas: 

  • Journey Settings
  • Goal Settings


Add Journey & Goal Settings

  1. On the left navigation, click Journeys.
  2. On the right side of the screen, click Create Journey.
    • A pop-up box appears. 
  3. Input your journey name and description. 
  4. Click the Settings (pencil icon). 
  5. Input your settings:
    • Name - Give each journey a short and descriptive name. 
    • Description - Enter a longer and more detailed description. Text is visible on Available Journeys and Templates tab. 
  6. Continue to goal settings (below).
    • Target Conversion % - Enter the percentage of contacts you expect to reach the Successful Campaign Conversion Status.
    • Target Conversion Days - Enter the number of days between when a contact begins on the journey and when you expect they should have reached the Successful Campaign Conversion Status.
    • Successful Campaign Conversion Status - The journey is considered a successful conversion for any contact with this status label.
    • Failed Conversion Status - The journey is considered a failed conversion for any contact with this status label. 
  7. Click Save Journey Settings.
