Sending profiles mask the name field of an email that comes from Total Expert. It displays different from information to the end recipient of the email rather than the default from information from the initial email.
- Ex: The from name field on the email could be changed to your more generic company name instead.
- On the left navigation, click Email Marketing > Sending Profiles.
- Click Create.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Input the following information:
- Name - Naming of the sending profile. For display purposes.
- From Name - Appears as the name of the sender to the end email recipient.
- From Email Address - Appears as the email address the email was sent from.
- Reply to Email Address - Email address that replies are routed to if the email email recipient replies.
- Choose Submit when finished.
