This function is designed for changing certain disclaimers with specific variables in their snippets. This process does not work for all disclaimers.
- Click on the block that contains the disclaimer.
- An editor box appears.
- Choose Update Disclaimer.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Click the dropdown arrow to find your new disclaimer.
- You can add more than one disclaimer. Check all that apply.
- Click Update Disclaimer.
- Checking Re-place Disclaimer removes all original disclaimers that were previously in the content block.
- Note: Your organization's default disclaimer appears if all disclaimers are removed.
