How to Use Access Settings on Email Templates

This function is permission-based. Please reach out to your Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager for more information. 

  1. On the left navigation, click Email Marketing > Emails
  2. Next to the search bar, click Access Settings
    • A pop-up box appears. 
  3. If the entire organization needs access, click Allow Access
    • (Optional) Choose an approval flow. 
  4. If specific user roles need access, click Add Role
    • Click HERE to learn how to update specific role settings.
  5. Click Submit when complete.
