Journey reports allow admins to view and measure the performance of their journeys. You can create reports in both active and saved journeys. There is not a limit on the amount of reports you create per journey.
- On the left navigation, click Journeys.
- Click on the name of the journey that you want to build the report within.
- On the left side, click the Reports tab.
- A slide out page appears.
- Click Add Report.
- Input or add the following settings:
- Name – Name of report
- User Filter – This filter only shows results for the contacts added to the journey by the chosen user.
- Team Filter – This filter only shows results for the contacts added to the journey by the chosen team.
- Only count unique contacts – A contact that may pass through the journey more than once will only be counted one time when turned on.
- Events – Choose a specific journey component. Journed conditions are not available.

Access -Check this box to ensure the report is viewable for all users that are associated with this journey.
- You can only check this option if no user filters or team filters have been added.
- Clicking Add event allows you to add slots, while clicking the delete (trash can icon) removes them.
- Once satisfied, click Done.
