How to Create Journey Reports

Please reach out to your Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager to enable this function.


Journey reports allow admins to view and measure the performance of their journeys. You can create reports in both active and saved journeys. There is not a limit on the amount of reports you create per journey. 


  1. On the left navigation, click Journeys.
  2. Click on the name of the journey that you want to build the report within. 
  3. On the left side, click the Reports tab.
    • A slide out page appears. 
  4. Click Add Report
  5. Input or add the following settings:
    • Name –  Name of report
    • User Filter – This filter only shows results for the contacts added to the journey by the chosen user. 
    • Team Filter – This filter only shows results for the contacts added to the journey by the chosen team. 
    • Only count unique contacts – A contact that may pass through the journey more than once will only be counted one time when turned on. 
    • Events – Choose a specific journey component. Journed conditions are not available. 
    • Access -Check this box to ensure the report is viewable for all users that are associated with this journey. 
      • You can only check this option if no user filters or team filters have been added. 
  6. Clicking Add event allows you to add slots, while clicking the delete (trash can icon) removes them. 
  7. Once satisfied, click Done.
