How to Sort Contacts in Focused View

Focused view sort order specifically lists your contacts depending on the criteria you choose. 

1. Within a focused view, under Sort Order, choose your sort: 
   • Creation Date
   • Funded Date
   • Last Contacted Date
   • Task Due Date
2. Once that parameter is in place, choose to sort them by either oldest to newest OR newest to oldest. 

Tip
Use sort orders that reflect the goals of the view. For example, if the goal of the view is to have loan officers reach out with contacts that have not been connected with in a week or more, sort the order to Last Contacted Date - Oldest to Newest.
