- On the left navigation, click Email Marketing > Emails.
- Find the email that you want to attach the flow to.
- On the right side of the page, click Actions > User Settings OR Actions > Team Settings.
- Check the check box next to the user(s) or team(s) that need approval.
- At the top of the screen, click the pen and paper icon (Change Settings).
- A slide out page appears.
- Under Access Settings, toggle Add Access.
- (Optional) Under Email Settings, check Allow Editing When Used as a Template.
- Under Approval Flow, click the down arrow and choose the appropriate flow.
- (Optional) Check the box under Recipient Count Approval Threshold.

- The flow triggers if the sender selects more recipients than the number entered.
- You must at least input "0" to ensure the approval flow is triggered.
