How to Assign Approval Flows to Emails

  1. On the left navigation, click Email Marketing > Emails
  2. Find the email that you want to attach the flow to. 
  3. On the right side of the page, click Actions > User Settings OR Actions > Team Settings
  4. Check the check box next to the user(s) or team(s) that need approval. 
  5. At the top of the screen, click the pen and paper icon (Change Settings)
    • A slide out page appears. 
  6. Under Access Settings, toggle Add Access
  7. (Optional) Under Email Settings, check Allow Editing When Used as a Template.
  8. Under Approval Flow, click the down arrow and choose the appropriate flow.
  9. (Optional) Check the box under Recipient Count Approval Threshold
    • Note:
      • The flow triggers if the sender selects more recipients than the number entered. 
      • You must at least input "0" to ensure the approval flow is triggered.
  10. Click Submit
