How to Filter Contacts by Statuses

There are two options when it comes to filtering contacts by their journey statuses:

  • Statuses tab
  • Contact list


How to Filter From the Status Page

  1. On the left navigation, click Journeys.
  2. At the top of the page, choose the Statuses tab.
  3. Next to the status you want to view, under the Lead Count column, click the number of leads. 
    • This redirects you to the Contacts tab.


How to Filter From the Contact List

  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts
  2. On the right side of the page, click Filter. 
    • A slide out page appears. 
  3. Next to Inclusion Rules, click Add Rule.
  4. Scroll down to the Journey filters. 
  5. Filter by the following:
    • Currently Active Journeys - Filters by active journeys. Contacts are filtered if they are currently on any step of one or more of the chosen journeys. 
    • Ended Contact Journeys - Filters only your active journeys. Contacts are filtered if they reached a completion point or were removed manually from one or more of the chosen journeys. 
      • Contacts that have ended journeys that have since been made inactive cannot be filtered. 
    • Include Journey - Filters all contacts that are in specific journeys. 
    • Status - Filters all journey statuses. Contacts are filtered if they are currently assigned one or more of the selected statuses in any journey. 
  6. When complete, click Done
  7. Click the X to go back to your contact view list.
