How to Create New Approval Flows

  1. On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Approval Flows
  2. Click Create
    • A slide out page appears. 
  3. Input a name of the flow.
    • Best practice to include the name(s) of the user(s) that approves items on this flow.
  4. Under Add User, click the down arrow and choose a user that must approve an item. 
    • Continue step 4 for each user that needs to be an approver.
  5. Click, drag, and drop the users in order of who needs to approve an email (print pieces are approved in any order). 
    • Note: The user with the tag Final Approver will default to the bottom.
  6. Click Submit
