- On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Approval Flows.
- Click Create.
- A slide out page appears.
- Input a name of the flow.
- Best practice to include the name(s) of the user(s) that approves items on this flow.
- Under Add User, click the down arrow and choose a user that must approve an item.
- Continue step 4 for each user that needs to be an approver.
- Click, drag, and drop the users in order of who needs to approve an email (print pieces are approved in any order).
- Note: The user with the tag Final Approver will default to the bottom.
- Click Submit.
