Saving a journey workflow as a template allows you to use that saved workflow multiple times. Templates can be copied by users that have access to them as a starting point during the workflow build process.
- Saved templates are available on the Template Settings tab in the journey form.
For Your Own User Only
- Save your journey once you have completed the workflow.
- Click HERE to view more about saving journeys.
- At the top of the page, click Review & Publish.
- If you receive an error message indicating that one or more components require additional settings, add the mandatory information and try again.
- Under User Publishing Settings, check the box next to Available as a Template.
- Under User Publishing Settings, check the agreement box.
- Click Save and Publish Journey.
For Selected Users or Teams
- Save your journey once you have completed the workflow.
- Click HERE to view more about saving journeys.
- At the top of the screen, click Review & Publish.
- If you receive an error message indicating that one or more components require additional settings, add the mandatory information and try again.
- Under Review and Publish, check the agreement box.
- At the top of the page, click Save Journey again.
- Under Review & Publish, click Publish Journey.
- Click Ok to confirm.
- You are now redirected to the Active Journeys tab where your journey is listed.
- On the Active Journeys tab, check the box next to the journey you want to publish.
- At the top of the page, click the person icon (User Settings) or the multiple person icon (Team Settings).
- If User Settings was chosen, check the box next to the user name(s).
- If Team Settings was chosen, check the box next to the team(s).
- At the top of the page, click the pen and paper icon (Change Settings).
- A slide out page appears.
- Under Journey Settings, check the box next to Available as a Template.
- Click Submit.
