How to Add and Manage Lists in Pipeline Tabs

You first need to create your pipeline tabs. Click HERE to learn how. 

  • Saved lists are only visible in the tab they are created in. 

  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts
  2. Click on one of your published tabs.
  3. Update your filters and columns. 
    • Click HERE to learn how. 
  4. At the top of the page, click Save > Save as new list
    • A pop-up box appears.
  5. Input the name of the contact list. 
  6. (Optional) check the box if this list should be the default. 
  7. Click Create List when finished.
