This feature allows you to split up contacts and publish them in separate lists so your users can see certain opportunities easier. It also allows for your loan officers and personal bankers to configure their own custom segmented lists.
- Organization administrators can only create tabs that are accessible to everyone.
- Organization administrators cannot create tabs only accessible to themselves.
- Users can create tabs that only they can access within an organization-wide tab.
- Users cannot edit or delete organization-wide tabs.
- Users cannot modify the organizations lists within a tab.
- User-specific lists within a tab are moved to the user's My Contacts tab if an administrator deletes an organization-wide tab.
