How to Assign Approval Flows to Print Media

There are two options when it comes to assigning approval flows to print media:

  1. Assign to all users.
  2. Assign to selected users or teams. 


Assigning to All Users

  1. On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Manage Templates
  2. Find the print piece. 
  3. On the right side of the page, click Actions > Media Settings
  4. Under Default User Settings, check Grant Access to All Users.
  5. (Optional) Check the box next to Co-Marketing Partner Access
  6. Next to Proof Approval Process, click the down arrow and choose the desired flow.
  7. Click Save Media



Assigning to Selected Users or Teams

  1. On the left-navigation, click Manage Marketing > Manage Templates
  2. Find the print piece.
  3. On the right side of the page, click Actions > Team Settings OR Actions > User Settings
  4. Check the box next to the team(s) or user(s) that need to obtain approval. 
  5. Click the pen and paper icon (Change Settings)
    • A slide out page appears. 
  6. Next to Template Access, toggle Add Access
  7. Next to Proof Approval Process, click the down arrow to find the approval flow.
  8. Click Submit.
