There are two options when it comes to assigning approval flows to print media:
- Assign to all users.
- Assign to selected users or teams.
Assigning to All Users
- On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Manage Templates.
- Find the print piece.
- On the right side of the page, click Actions > Media Settings.
- Under Default User Settings, check Grant Access to All Users.
- (Optional) Check the box next to Co-Marketing Partner Access.
- Next to Proof Approval Process, click the down arrow and choose the desired flow.
- Click Save Media.
Assigning to Selected Users or Teams
- On the left-navigation, click Manage Marketing > Manage Templates.
- Find the print piece.
- On the right side of the page, click Actions > Team Settings OR Actions > User Settings.
- Check the box next to the team(s) or user(s) that need to obtain approval.
- Click the pen and paper icon (Change Settings).
- A slide out page appears.
- Next to Template Access, toggle Add Access.
- Next to Proof Approval Process, click the down arrow to find the approval flow.
- Click Submit.
