Workflow Subscribing Distributions

Changing the distributions settings allows you update how the leads flow to the LOs in two ways:

• Sequential – A numbered order that sends leads to each LO in a continuous flow.
• Simultaneous – A shotgun distribution that sends the lead to each LO at the same time. The LO that connects to the lead gets that lead.

How to Change Workflow Distribution Settings

1. Within the workflow, at the top right of the page, click the gear icon.
2. Click Edit.
3. Expand the Distribution dropdown.
4. Update to sequential or simultaneous.
5. Click Save.
