How to Add Credit Score Filters to Workflows

  1. Within the workflow, hover your mouse over the connecting lines from the team route to your LOs.
  2. Click the plus sign (+) that appears.
  3. Under Suggested Actions, click Credit Score.
    • You cannot choose lead volume settings unless you are adding a filter directly to an LO.
  4. Choose a comparison setting then input your value. 
  5. Click Save to complete the filter.
