The lead stage is automatically updated when certain outcomes are selected in a call queue outcome.
The following lead stages are offered:
- New Lead
- Contacted
- Application
- In Process
- Closed
- On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Call Queue Builder.
- On the right side of the page, click the down arrow next to the queue you want to manage.
- Next to Outcomes, click View All.
- A slide out page appears.
- Click Edit next to the outcome you want to manage.
- Check the box next to Update 'Lead Stage' to.
- Choose a stage and click Save when finished.
