How to Manage Lead Stages for Call Queue Outcomes

The lead stage is automatically updated when certain outcomes are selected in a call queue outcome. 


The following lead stages are offered:

  • New Lead
  • Contacted
  • Application
  • In Process
  • Closed


  1. On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Call Queue Builder
  2. On the right side of the page, click the down arrow next to the queue you want to manage. 
  3. Next to Outcomes, click View All
    • A slide out page appears. 
  4. Click Edit next to the outcome you want to manage. 
  5. Check the box next to Update 'Lead Stage' to.
  6. Choose a stage and click Save when finished.
