How to Update User Role Access Settings

This function is permission-based. Please reach out ot your Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager for more information. 


  1. On the left navigation, click Email Marketing > Emails
  2. Next to the search bar, click Access Settings
    • A pop-up box appears.
  3. Under Roles, click the down arrow. 
  4. Under the Actions column, click Actions
  5. Choose from the following:
    • Edit Access - Adding approval flow access. Click Submit when finished editing. 
    • Deny Access - Denying that user role from access the template. 
    • Clear Access - Clearing that user role from the role access.
