Can You Remove or Delete Inactive Users?

You cannot perform a hard delete (actually remove them). We only allow soft deletes since the user's history in TE needs to be preserved in case the customer gets audited and needs to provide proof of all of their marketing assets and their usage.

Note: Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager to learn how to do this. 

Can You Automatically Set User Timezones?

No. This is a manual process in both the UI and import.
