Note
You can still make updates to your events settings while in publishing mode. Make sure to save your journey again if updates are made.
- Save your journey once you have completed the workflow.
- Click HERE to view more about saving journeys.
- At the top of the screen, click the Save Journey dropdown arrow > Publish Journey.
- If you receive an error message indicating that one or more events require additional settings, add the mandatory information and try again.
- Under Publish and Access Settings, check the first box.
- You can grant other users access to this journey at a later time.
- Click Save Settings.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Choose Confirm to continue.
- This journey is now active.
