- Save your journey once you have completed the workflow.
- Click HERE to view more about saving journeys.
- At the top of the page, click the Save Journey dropdown arrow > Publish Journey.
- Under Publish and Access Settings, check one of the following:
- Grant access to this journey for all users, but have them activate it for themselves later.
- Grant access and activate this journey for all users.
- Choosing one of these options activates additional options:
If you chose the first option, check one of the following:
- Allow users to deactivate and reactivate this journey themselves.
- Allow users to remove individual contacts from this journey.
- Allow users to trigger scheduled events on this journey - this lets users manually launch feature events.
If you chose the second option, check one of the following:
- Allow users to remove individual contacts from this journey.
- Allow users to trigger scheduled events on this journey - this lets users manually launch feature events.
Template Settings
This option only appears when granting journey access to all users.
- (Optional) Check the setting that allows for the journey to be available as a template to all users in your organization.
- Click Save Settings.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Choose Confirm to continue.
