This function is permission-based. Please reach out ot your Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager for more information.
- On the left navigation, click Email Marketing > Emails.
- Next to the search bar, click Access Settings.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Under Roles, click the down arrow.
- Under the Actions column, click Actions.
- Choose from the following:
- Edit Access - Adding approval flow access. Click Submit when finished editing.
- Deny Access - Denying that user role from access the template.
- Clear Access - Clearing that user role from the role access.
