How to Create New Call Queues

  1. On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Call Queue Builder
  2. At the top of the page, click Add View
  3. Input and update the following settings:
    • Name or title of the call queue
    • Description - 128 character max
    • Column selection - Leads show in the order selected
    • Inclusion rules - How leads are added to your queue depending on chosen criteria
    • Exclusion rules - How leads are excluded from your queue depending on chosen criteria
    • Sort order - How the leads appear in the queue
    • Claimable leads queue - Check this option to allow for users to claim their own leads
    • Limit the number of leads that can be claimed
    • Outcomes - Outcomes users can use to log their outreach attempts with the leads
  4. When finished, at the top of the page click Publish View.
