- On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Call Queue Builder.
- At the top of the page, click Add View.
- Input and update the following settings:
- Name or title of the call queue
- Description - 128 character max
- Column selection - Leads show in the order selected
- Inclusion rules - How leads are added to your queue depending on chosen criteria
- Exclusion rules - How leads are excluded from your queue depending on chosen criteria
- Sort order - How the leads appear in the queue
- Claimable leads queue - Check this option to allow for users to claim their own leads
- Limit the number of leads that can be claimed
- Outcomes - Outcomes users can use to log their outreach attempts with the leads
- When finished, at the top of the page click Publish View.
