How to Add Instagram to Media Settings

This feature is permission-based. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager to learn more. 

You must enable the template to be available to post to Instagram before your users can use it to post. 

1. On the left navigation, click Manage Marketing > Manage Templates. 
2. Search for the template you want to update. 
3. Click Actions > Media Settings. 
4. Scroll down to Social Media Settings. 
5. Check the Instagram option. 
6. Click Save Media. 

Tip
Images and videos must meet Instagram's requirements in order to posted. Images must be JPEGs and cannot exceed 8 MB.
