Financial roles allow for banks to create roles and relationships between contacts and users. The feature allows for the following:
- Admins can create specific financial roles
- Users with permissions can create and maintain relationships in TE
- Organizations can maintain relationships in the API
- On the left navigation, click Organization Admin > Configuration Settings.
- Under Financial Relationship Role Settings, click Update.
- On the right side of the page, click Add new role.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Enter a new role name then click Add.
