- Within the workflow, hover your mouse over the connecting lines from the team route to your LOs.
- Click the plus sign (+) that appears.
- Under Suggested Actions, click Don't see what you want? Search here then choose Property State OR Property ZIP Code.
- Select the State(s) OR include/exclude ZIP code(s).
- Note: Only ZIP Codes from certain states are applied if Property State filters have been added.
- Click Save to complete the filter.
